How do I make my payments at www.baybot.in?

You have multiple payment options:

  • All credit and debit cards
  • UPI
  • All wallets such as Airtel Money, Freecharge, Mobikwik, JioMoney & PayZapp.
  • Net-banking via all leading banks
  • Pay later services such as ICICI Bank PayLater
  • Credit Card EMI options

Are there any hidden charges when I make a payment?

No, there are no hidden charges. All listed prices are inclusive of all taxes. We provide free shipping on all orders.

RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS:

When are replacements acceptable?

  • Delayed delivery of the product
  • In case the product is not received, you can cancel the order and the full amount will be refunded back to the you within 14 working days. (Baybot is not responsible for delays in refund processing because of delays caused by banks, calamities or national holidays).
  • Wrong product received.
  • Damaged product received

In such cases, we require that

  • Items should not be installed or used.
  • All the items delivered inside the package should be returned. Anything missing from the package will not be accepted.

What if the item is damaged & you want a replacement?

  1. If your order arrives visibly damaged, please contact Baybot Customer Service immediately. You can reach out to us at baybot@exfaq.in with your order ID and images of the product. Baybot will dispatch a replacement immediately.
  2. If you believe that the packaging of your order has been tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to take delivery of the package and write an email to baybot@exfaq.in mentioning your order ID. Baybot will dispatch a replacement or initiate a refund immediately

What is the procedure after replacement has been placed?

If a replacement has been requested, then we will send you an email explaining the complete process. It will be initiated after we receive the original item from you.

CANCELLATIONS:

How do I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order only before the item has been dispatched, by writing an email to baybot@exfaq.in

How long will it take to complete the cancellation request?

It usually takes 2 working days to cancel an order. You will be notified about the cancellation by call or e-mail. I will take around 14 working days for the refund process to complete.

What are the delivery charges?

There are no shipping charges for any orders at www.baybot.in

Why does the delivery date does not match with the delivery timeline?

We make our best effort to ensure that each item in your order is shipped out within 1 working days of the order date. However, in some cases it may take up to 3 or more working days during festivals, sales or when there are other mitigating circumstances.

Orders are processed from Monday to Saturday. Orders placed on Sunday will be processed the next day.

What is the estimated delivery time?

Please allow 7 to 10 business days for your order to arrive.

What are you supposed to do if you haven’t received the invoice?

All orders are shipped with an invoice from Baybot. In case you don't receive an invoice, you may write an email to baybot@exfaq.in quoting your order number.

How to track your order?

  1. A shipping confirmation with your tracking ID will be sent to you after the product has been dispatched. You can use this ID to track your order by visiting www.baybot.in and clicking on "Track order" on bottom of the homepage.
  2. This will tell you the approximate delivery time of your order and the current shipping status.
